Our checkpoints begin with the fruit directly from the orchards. All walnuts we receive have been monitored according with demanding phytosanitary standards. In addition, all products entering the plant are sampled for an external analysis, especially to detect aflatoxins and heavy metals.

During harvesting and in the next step we also collaborate with our growers to achieve the best results of hulling and drying. The less stress we put our product through during harvest and post-harvest the higher the quality of the walnut will be; clean, undamaged externally and internally, with lighter colors and more percentage of halves.
