A large sample is taken of every lot entering Econut to project their possibilities in all areas. With this projection we can intelligently decide which destination will guide the process: For Inshell, Machine Shelled or Hand Cracked Shelled.

External color, size distribution, shell conditions, yield, color distribution of kernel, halves rate, moisture and every parameter are taken into account in order to understand the potential use of every walnut lot.

Our quality staff is constantly being trained to sample and analyze with the most assertive analysis methods.
